Membership Terms & Conditions
Moonlight Rental & Lodging memberships provide members with prepaid rental credits that may be used toward eligible powersports rentals, subject to availability and these terms.
Membership Plans
Basic Membership
- 5 rental credits per membership year
- $99.97/month or $999.97/year
Premium Membership
- 12 rental credits per membership year
- $199.97/month or $1,999.97/year
One rental credit is equal to one rental unit for one rental day. For example, renting two machines for two days requires four rental credits.
12-Month Membership Term
Memberships are based on a 12-month commitment.
Choosing the monthly payment option does not create a month-to-month membership. It allows the cost of the 12-month membership to be paid in monthly installments.
The annual payment option provides the same membership term at a discounted prepaid rate.
Rental Credits
Rental credits are issued according to the membership plan purchased and may be redeemed toward eligible rentals offered by Moonlight Rental & Lodging.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Rental availability is not guaranteed and reservations remain subject to machine availability, rental requirements and applicable rental terms.
Early Cancellation
Members may request cancellation before the end of their 12-month commitment; however, membership discounts are conditional on completing the membership term.
If a membership is cancelled early, rentals already used may be recalculated at the applicable regular rental price rather than the discounted membership value.
For memberships paid monthly, if the regular value of rentals already used exceeds the total membership payments made, the outstanding difference becomes due. If payments made exceed the recalculated value of rentals used, amounts already paid are forfeited and are not refundable.
For memberships paid annually, cancellation does not result in a prorated refund. Membership benefits remain available until the end of the current prepaid membership term.
Renewal
Memberships automatically renew for another 12-month term unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date. Renewal charges will follow the payment frequency selected for the membership.
Reservations & Availability
Membership does not guarantee the availability of any particular machine, date or rental period. Reservations are subject to availability and Moonlight Rental & Lodging’s normal booking and rental requirements.
Additional Rental Charges
Membership credits cover the eligible rental itself. Members remain responsible for any applicable taxes, security deposits, damage, fuel charges, late fees, optional services, delivery charges or other charges not specifically included with the membership.
Membership Changes
Moonlight Rental & Lodging may update membership offerings, eligible rental equipment or program terms when reasonably necessary. Changes will not remove rental credits already validly earned during a member’s current paid membership term.
Acceptance
By purchasing a membership, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions as well as the applicable rental agreement and policies of Moonlight Rental & Lodging.
