1. Sponsor

This giveaway is organized and operated by [Mathieu Leonard] (“the Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law (Quebec residents are not eligible).

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by purchasing eligible products from our website. Each qualifying purchase will receive the number of entries specified on the product page.

Limit of 500 entries per person unless otherwise stated.

5. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is required to enter. To receive a free entry, mail a handwritten letter including your full name, address, phone number, email, and a 100-word statement explaining why you would like to win.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Requests must be received before the giveaway closing date.

6. Prize

The prize is a: 120hp 2021 Spark Trixx 2up w/sound & EZ Loader Trailer

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received.

8. Skill-Testing Question (Canada Requirement)

Selected entrants must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be declared a winner.

9. Winner Notification

The selected entrant will be contacted via email and/or phone. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within 5 days, declines the prize, or fails to meet the requirements, another entrant may be selected.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

By entering, participants agree to:

- Allow the Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation

- Release the Sponsor from any liability related to the giveaway or prize use

The Sponsor will arrange delivery or pickup of the prize. Any additional costs (including travel, licensing, insurance, or taxes if applicable) are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
